May 7 – 100,000 Punches
This is crazy. Last night I was exhausted, really feeling it in my core and legs.
I thought I would need to take the day off. Then, today, I concentrated all the more on the elbows and relaxing everything…
I started doing sets of 400 by counting every other punch (lin wan kuen method).
I hammered out the 14,000 in no time!!!
I have no idea what is going on here but I do know that doing this many punches is forcing me to take a new look at some things!
