Wow! This is absolute insanity. I just ran 8,000 punches straight!!! I thought I was never going to make past week one and now I’m finding endurance.

8,000 punches in about 20 minutes. Of course I cannot feel my arms right now but what’s going to happen in week 4???

I am in serious awe!

If anyone actually reads this (cause it seems to be a personal log for me), what are your thoughts on weighted gloves?

I had someone suggest and although I don’t personally feel like it will benefit me, I wanted to ask what others would thought!
