Great job everyone!

Getting close to 700k – just finished my morning 10k (660k total) and later this afternoon will do the second half. Looking forward to the next week:)
Few things I’ve noticed. Keeping chest up and open helps enormously. I know it sounds obvious but what a difference. I was getting a bit tired previously and once I’ve corrected it the performance improved.
Overall it’s a great routine and it became a solid part of the day. Found myself eating less crappy food because a day after I would feel not the greatest while pushing 20k.
