Another way of counting the 1,000 sets, can be done through the 50’s method.
I’m sure we’re all familiar with the idea of blasting out a set of 50 punches? (Mm sap, Lin Wan Kuen)
Well simply do this once, then again, then again, then 17 more times and hey presto! You’ve done another 1k set!
Mixing up the way you count your sets can really help you to get through them each day, AND, prevent you from getting bored or allowing any self-doubt to creep in, should it be lurking in the shadows that is.
Give it a try, it’s a lovely quick way of getting through them.
